Acronis Named Delotitte Rising Star in Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 Program

Acronis®, Inc. (http://www.acronis.com), a provider of affordable, scalable storage management and disaster recovery software, was named a Rising Star on Deloitte's 2008 Technology Fast 500. A special category, the Rising Star list ranks 10 companies that have been in business a minimum of three years, but less than five years. They are ranked based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over three years (2005 to 2007). Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 is a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America

Acronis CEO Jason Donahue credits the cost savings associated with having an efficient and effective backup and disaster recovery strategy, along with a strong channel program and a great support team with the company's 946 percent revenue growth over the past three years. "We are extremely pleased to be recognized by Deloitte as a Rising Star, as it is further acknowledgement of the value our backup and recovery software brings to our consumer, SMB and enterprise customers. As companies look to save money and extend the life of their computer systems in a hardware-agnostic environment, deploying a comprehensive backup and recovery strategy using Acronis software is proving to be an excellent economic decision."

"Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 Rising Star list honors young companies that have differentiated themselves not only through technology innovation, but via extraordinary revenue growth," said Phil Asmundson, Deloitte LLP vice chairman and national managing partner for Technology, Media and Telecommunications. "We congratulate Acronis for the remarkable three-year growth that propelled it to the ranks of our 2008 Rising Stars."
