AT the office, I am surrounded by creative types working on gigantic monitors with their graphical desktop publishing packages.

However, all those creative juices can quickly evaporate with a hard disk crash or a hijacked operating system. And this does not take into account productivity losses caused by lengthy reinstalls, mucking about with SATA or RAID drivers and recreating user settings.
