Acronis signs DreamCatcher Interactive as exclusive retail republisher in North America

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF., March 2, 2005 — Acronis, Inc., the technological leader in storage management solutions, has signed an exclusive agreement with DreamCatcher Interactive Inc. of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, as its exclusive retail republisher in the United States and Canada.

Based on the agreement, DreamCatcher will leverage its network of retailers throughout North America to expand the retail presence of Acronis' full line of storage management solutions for consumers in computer, office supplies and other retail and superstores.

"DreamCatcher will be responsible for all retail-related sales, marketing and manufacturing activities for Acronis' boxed consumer products", said Max Tsypliaev, CEO of Acronis, Inc. As our domestic sales continue to grow, we needed a partner that could take our retail operations to the next level. DreamCatcher does that". Terms of the agreement were not released.
