One of the drives in my raid array (which is my system disk) got a broken connector. Turns out Serial ATA connectors are as weak as crap. Anyway. Luckily, I had made an image using Acronis True Image 7.0. Western Digital replaced my drive, but then I had to hold my breath and HOPE that Acronis True Image would restore correctly. Well, the whole process was painless and worked like a charm. Especially impressive because I restored from an external USB 2.0 drive. Thanks! If I would have had to RE-install all those programs, and REset all those preferences, etc. it would have been a Nightmare! Thanks for making a product that does what its supposed to do. And I didnt have to install .net framework! or whatever it is, like Drive Image would have forced me to do.
