I ordered a wrong product. What should I do?

Please contact Acronis Customer Service at https://www.acronis.com/my/support/ and describe the situation, including the name of the product you wanted to buy. If the products are equal in price, you will be given the download link and the serial number for the required product. If they are not equal, support will inform you on what needs to be done to rectify the situation.
