Acronis Signs Distribution Agreement With Lifeboat Distribution Inc.

Agreement Will Expand Reseller Network Worldwide

February 2, 2005, South San Francisco, CA — Acronis, Inc., the technological leader in storage management software, announced that has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Lifeboat Distribution Inc., Shrewsbury, NJ, to provide electronic downloads, media packs, maintenance and priority support subscriptions for Acronis software products to resellers worldwide.
