The Acronis Certified Engineer (ACE) Training Program offers technology professionals the knowledge, skills, and credentials necessary to deploy, administer, and maintain Acronis products. ACE Certification is a benchmark for partner skills and knowledge. By becoming ACE Certified, you gain the technical expertise required to ensure successful customer implementations and provide pre and post sales support. You will also possess the knowledge and skills necessary to gain credibility in the rapidly growing disaster recovery industry.

ACE Class Cancellation Policy Your registration reserves a seat in ACE training. To release your registration, Acronis asks that you cancel or reschedule at least three working days prior to the class date. If you do not cancel or reschedule your enrollment at least three calendar days prior to the scheduled start date or if you do not show up for the class, you will be notified. You may send a substitute to use your registration. Please remember ACE training is mandatory for all Gold and Silver Partners. Failure to have at least one engineer ACE certified within the allotted time may jeopardize your partner level. To cancel or reschedule your enrollment please email jessica.kenney@acronis.com Class Cancellation by Acronis Acronis reserves the right to change course schedules, modify course content, and cancel courses that do not meet the minimum of 8 participants 2 weeks prior to the event. If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, we will notify students with alternate dates and locations. If Acronis does cancel a class, you may choose to register for another class. Acronis is not responsible for any associated travel arrangements. Acronis does not accept any liability due to cancellation of a training course.
