If you do not have maintenance, or it is going to expire soon, we would like to encourage you to renew your maintenance early to avoid additional costs on the new version release. After an upgrade, your configuration and backup schedule will remain operational, and all your backups created with version 11.7 will be fully supported.

Q: Will Acronis Backup 12 components coexist with Acronis Backup 11.7 components in the same environment?
A: While the components can co-exist in the same environment, Acronis Backup 11.7 and earlier agents will not be able to connect to and be managed by the newer Acronis Backup 12 and vice versa.
