We’re pleased to report that, accordingly to G2’s latest rankings, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud outperformed Datto SIRIS in user satisfaction across a wide variety of subcategories. These results represent self-reported feedback from actual users of our comprehensive cyber protection solution, showing that Acronis continues to meet and exceed customers’ everyday needs.

G2 is a well-respected peer-to-peer review site and online marketplace, with a focus on business software and services. The organization was founded in response to an identified need for unbiased information about high-value software and services. Rather than relying on the subjective opinion of a single analyst, their approach aims to provide a clear window into how actual users, on average, experience a product.

G2 makes a concerted effort to identify and weed out fraudulent or unhelpful reviews, such as those posted by a company’s own employees (or a competitor’s). Submissions are scrutinized by both algorithms and humans before being posted. At the time of this article’s publication, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud boasted a 4.7-star review average based on the responses of 167 users.

When submitting a review, G2 users are given the option to rate their satisfaction with specific aspects of the solution — such as “Ease of Admin,” “Ease of Setup,” and individual rankings for the various capabilities offered. This detailed feedback was used to complete the full comparison chart.

Across all categories, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud beat out Datto SIRIS in every aspect for which enough data was available to draw a comparison. The percentage of respondents expressing approval of each aspect of Acronis’ cyber protection solution ranged from a low of 86% to a high of 99%.

In addition to robust performance indicators, it’s worth noting Acronis’ remarkably low ROI windows — with over two-thirds of users profiting in under six months, and nearly everyone doing so within a year — and short “go-live time”, with roughly half of users able to configure and deploy the solution in under a day.
