IP Expo Exhibitor of the Year 2012 Acronis Lines Up Three Key Speakers For 2013

Acronis' experts will be discussing mobility security, cloud environments and how to protect data on any device thanks to mobile file management solutions

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, October 07, 2013 - Following on from its victory as IP Expo's * exhibitor of the year in 2012, Acronis, has today announced that three of its industry experts will be speaking at IP Expo 2013. Acronis will be focusing on how enterprises can tackle data security issues surrounding choose your own device (CYOD) and its new vCloud solution. The event takes place on 16th - 17th October at Earls Court 2 Exhibition Centre, London.

IP Expo is an annual IT infrastructure event featuring more than 200 industry-leading exhibitors and thought-provoking keynotes from high profile industry speakers. As well as presenting its enterprise mobility and file sharing solutions, Acronis will also be demonstrating its new backup and recovery solution for vCloud environments at the event. The new software is currently the only backup and recovery software service on the market that offers complete self-service backup for vCloud machines for the enterprise and service providers who offer IaaS or public cloud services.

Anders Lofgern, VP Mobility Solutions Product Management, James Rawbone, Senior Partner Account Manager EMEA Enterprise Mobility Solutions and Kieran O'Connor, UK & Ireland Virtualisation & Mobility Alliances Manager, will be discussing how the rapid adoption of BYOD/CYOD in the workplace is creating an increasingly mobile, diverse and dynamic environment but also leaving virtual platforms open to risks. They will also talk about how CIO's are being forced to re-think their approach to protecting valuable corporate data and how Acronis Backup and Recovery for vCloud offers a self-service solution for this problem.
