Manual Installation of the MassTransit Web Assistant Plug-in on Windows

In case there is a problem with the automatic installation of the MassTransit Web Assistant plug-in, you can install it manually by placing the plug-in installation files in the respective folders.

Note: The plugin will work only with Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox. The supported versions of Firefox are 50.0.2 and older.

To install the MassTransit Web Assistant plug-in on Windows:

1. Place the MTAssistant folder in the following location:
   • Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 - \Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ where <username> is a name of a Windows user.
2. Make sure the MTAssistant folder contains the following folders:
   • Databases;
   • Logs;
   • Security.
3. Place the MassTransit Web Client folder in:

   on 32-bit machines: C:\Program Files\Group Logic\

   • on 64-bit machines: C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Group Logic\ for older versions.
4. The MassTransit Assistant plug-in should be successfully installed and you should be able to use it when you log in to the MassTransit web site.
