Shutting Down the MassTransit Engine and MassTransit Transporter Services

To shut down the MassTransit services, follow these steps:

1. Open the Services Control Panel – go to Start → Programs → Administrative Tools → Services.
2. Select the MassTransit service, and select the Stop Service button.

   Note: The MassTransit service needs to be shut down before the MassTransit Transporter is stopped.

3. Select the MassTransit Transporter service, and select the Stop Service button.

The MassTransit services are stopped now.
