What happens when my subscription expires?

A month before the subscription expiration date you receive an e-mail notification with an alert. In addition, you can see this alert on the account management webpage near the machine. This means you need to renew the subscription to continue backing up the machine.

If you do not renew the subscription, you will be able to back up data to the cloud storage for five days following the expiration date. You will be able to recover data from the cloud storage for 30 days following the expiration date.
