The release introduces integration support for the following new offering items:
- Geo-redundancy-protected backup storage
- Public backup storage (Microsoft Azure)
The new services can be now configured in the product mapping and their usage will be reported to ConnectWise customer agreements automatically. Geo-redundant storage can be also automatically provisioned to Acronis customer tenants, based on ConnectWise PSA customer agreements. The opposite is also true (using 2-way sync feature).

Known issues and limitations
- The Public Backup Storages (Microsoft Azure) feature does not support automatic services provisioning:
- Cannot be done automatically from PSA to Acronis, but has to be configured manually for each customer, because it requires additional authentication in the third-party cloud service.
- Will be supported from Acronis to PSA agreements (2-way sync) in future releases.
- Public Backup Storages offering item supports only Microsoft Azure cloud storage. It will be extended with Amazon S3 and other S3-compatible storages in upcoming releases of the integration as soon as these options are available on the platform.

The new feature will support the migration of the Acronis Cyber Cloud and ConnectWise PSA systems from legacy to new licensing without disrupting the already established integrations.
