On August 18th, 2010, we released the 1.0.13 update for the nScaled Cloud Console. Here’s what’s new in version 1.0.13, since previous release: New support portal – Users can now create new tickets, as well as update and review existing tickets. Users of Cloud Console can browse and search through a set of published solutions and download documentation from resource library. The support portal is available by clicking “SUPPORT” button in the upper navigation toolbar Event subsystem – Complete audit trail of user based events that is presented as widget in dashboard and sub-section in “MONITORING” New and improved email template Substantially Improved Dashboard performance Improved reliability of Cloud Console data synchronization services behind the scenes Various other fixes and improvements
