Acronis’ recognition on the list is now available here.

A prestigious recognition for a provider of innovative security solutions

The Security 100 list honor comes just weeks after CRN named the leader of the Acronis channel organization, Alex Ruslyakov, as a Channel Chief for 2025. Both honors demonstrate Acronis’ commitment to providing leadership in technology development and partner enablement.

“A fourth consecutive spot on the Security 100 list represents both a great honor and a great accomplishment for Acronis,” said Gerald Beuchelt, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Acronis. “Data security is paramount to partners of all kinds and their clients in an environment that is becoming more dangerous all the time. Acronis is committed to developing solutions that enable partners to maximize client protection as well as to supporting those partners in growing their businesses. Acronis has also solidified its position as a leader in cybersecurity research with recent investment in and expansion of our Threat Research Unit, which is at the forefront of examining cyberthreats and other critical security trends. This welcome recognition from CRN demonstrates the consistency and effectiveness of our product and channel teams.”

Innovation and a commitment to excellence

In 2024, Acronis continued to produce natively integrated cybersecurity solutions for managed service providers (MSPs), small businesses and organizations in a wide variety of industries.

Acronis also made significant advancements in enhancing cybersecurity and operational efficiency for MSPs with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. The platform introduced Acronis XDR, which expanded visibility across endpoints, email and Microsoft 365 applications, providing robust protection against advanced threats. This comprehensive approach ensures that MSPs can detect and respond to threats more effectively, regardless of the size of the MSP or the complexity of its client environments.

Another key innovation was Acronis Managed Detection and Response (MDR), a cost-effective and resource-efficient managed detection and response service. This service enables MSPs with lean teams to manage security alerts around the clock, ensuring continuous protection without the need for extensive in-house expertise or additional integrations. With Acronis MDR, MSPs can offer high-level security services to their clients, enhancing their value proposition and building trust.

To further support MSPs in building resilient and scalable business models, Acronis introduced several other tools. Acronis Security Awareness Training simplified the setup and administration of cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulations, reducing the time and effort required for those critical tasks. Acronis Email Archiving ensures continuous and secure archiving of email data, aiding in compliance with regulatory requirements. And DeployPilotTM centralizes and automates software deployment, making it easier to manage multiple client environments. Together, these innovations enhance operational efficiency, reduce burdens and ensure robust protection, all while maintaining a cost-effective operation.
