Acronis is delighted to have Jamf join us as a platinum sponsor for the Acronis #CyberFit Summit in Miami, taking place October 25-27!
Jamf representatives will be presenting at two exciting events:
Amy O’Connor, Partner Marketing Specialist at Jamf, is joining Brooke Baldwin (Author and former CNN Anchor), Ann Cloyd, Dr. Wanda Eugene, Amy Luby, and Katya Ivanova, at the Women in Tech Breakfast Panel Discussion – October 26 at 8:15am.
O’Connor helps Jamf build strong partnerships and develops strategy as well as messaging with Jamf Managed Service Providers. In addition, she serves as the Vice President of Administration, and a founding member of the Women@Jamf board.
Meanwhile, Bryson Tyrrell, Staff Systems Development Engineer (Cloud Platform Engineering), will be featured on a Tech Innovation panel: How Automation and Delivery Drive Profits and Better Customer Outcomes, that takes place on October 25 at 3:15pm.
Tyrell uses his experience with AWS to lead the Platform Services team with a vision to deliver a unified experience for internal and third-party developers on Jamf’s APIs.
Ahead of the Miami Summit, we connected with O’Connor to learn more about what Jamf offers Summit attendees and hear her business advice, which any modern IT company can benefit from:
In a nutshell, what should our attendees know about your company, and what you can do to help make theirs more successful?
Jamf exists to help organizations succeed with Apple. We are the only full Apple Enterprise Management solution, offering best-in-class deployment, management, and security.
Our Jamf MSP program offers MSPs monthly billing for actual usage on Jamf Pro, Connect, and Protect. This will enable you to build a fully-managed Apple offering for your clients. Your team will own the tenants and the support. Pricing is predictable and scalable. We have instructor-led training, consulting engineers, and an online catalog for you to achieve your technical enablement goals.
What are you most looking forward to at the Acronis #CyberFit Summit?
We’ve been chatting with our friends at Acronis as we build out our partnership, and we’re amped to spend time with faces we’ve only seen as floating boxes. We haven’t had the chance to meet in person with MSP partners or prospects in just as long, so we can’t wait to connect with new people, nerd out about technology, and learn even more about how MSPs are approaching Apple management.
What kind of new tech will you be discussing or unveiling at the event?
Jamf enables managed service providers to harness the best of Apple for their clients. With tools that connect, manage, and protect Apple at scale, we’re excited to talk with MSPs about ways to grow their business. Our new Acronis/Jamf integration makes this even easier enabling even more of an automated deployment.
What track, session, or event, are you most excited about at the Acronis #CyberFit Summit?
We’re proud to have representatives on two panels during the conference, and we can’t wait to be part of leading the discussion about automation, as well as women in tech. Jamf thrives because of its culture, and we’re proud to be presenting not only about our technology capabilities, but our inclusion work. We’re also looking forward to our keynote about providing MSP services for Apple devices, and how Jamf partners with Apple to put quality and the end-user experience first.
Why did you decide to partner with Acronis for the Miami #CyberFit Summit?
We are excited about this new partnership! We want to work alongside Acronis to build trust in the Windows-focused MSP community, supporting these organizations in entering into Apple Management with the confidence and certainty only Jamf’s Apple Enterprise Management can provide.
How can clients benefit from your services/products?
MSPs benefit from our products by accessing world-class Apple Enterprise Management with a low barrier to entry, training to support growth, and community support driving goals and end-users benefit from an enhanced user experience through our specific focus on Apple.
With the Jamf solutions and the added benefit of monthly billing, MSPs can drive activation and retention of their customers’ Apple deployments.
What are the biggest changes you expect to hit the industry in the next year?
A resurgence of mobile BYOD, but done the Apple way. Enhancements to Apple's user-based enrollment will allow safe ways for employees to bring their personal devices into the workplace, become instantly productive, without giving up any privacy or giving unneeded control to the personal side of their devices.
Tell us your best piece of business advice for the IT channel audience at the Summit!
Diverse teams demand diverse technology. Be equipped to add new value to your client's Apple estate. Position your business to take on mixed-use and employee-choice environments with confidence and best-of-breed tools from Jamf.
