Most MSPs face a common challenge: managing tickets across multiple products. While you might use an Acronis integration with your existing ticketing system to get all your Acronis alerts as tickets in your PSA or RMM tool, you’ll find that other essential tools in your tech stack often don’t provide a direct integration with your ticketing tool.
Now, with Ticket Bridge, MSPs can consolidate ticket creation for many products — even those without direct PSA or RMM integrations — saving time and increasing operational efficiency. Ticket Bridge is the ultimate integration solution for MSPs.
What is Ticket Bridge? Simplified ticket handling!
It empowers MSPs to seamlessly create tickets from third-party alerts within their PSA or RMM ticketing systems. Leveraging third-party vendor integrations that already create alerts in Acronis, this feature supports integrations with leading RMMs, PSAs, and RPA solutions. These integrations are free, making it easy to manage products that don’t directly integrate with your ticketing system.
With Ticket Bridge, you have full control over your ticketing process. Whether enabling ticket creation for your RMM or PSA integration, or selecting specific alert types from third-party products to include in the ticket sync, the workflow is automated and streamlined. Tickets are created, reopened or closed based on the alert status, ensuring all scenarios — such as alert resolution — are covered efficiently.
How it works
1. When you enable an integration of a third-party product that reports alerts to Acronis, for example, Timus SASE or Sendmarc to name a couple of examples, Acronis automatically learns what alert types the integration can create.
2. These alert types are then automatically made available in the ticket mapping configuration of your ticket integration (PSA / RMM / RPA).
3. Here, you can activate ticket sync for any of these alert types, just like you would for native Acronis integrations.
4. From there on, if an alert is created, the PSA integration will automatically include it in the ticket sync and apply all the same rules to this alert as it does to native alerts.
