The floor is buzzing at the first full day of IT Nation Connect in Orlando and the Acronis team is having some great conversations as nearly 3,000 MSP professionals are roaming the show floor. As Gold Sponsors of this year’s event, it’s great to hear that so many attendees who are looking to expand their business are finding value in the program and their interactions with different vendors.

And since today is also Halloween, plenty of our peers are having fun with costumes and candy, making the show floor as festive as it is informative.

Acronis Cyber Cloud announces new ConnectWise Control integration

The recently announced ConnectWise Control integration – combined with enhancements and expansions for existing ConnectWise Automate and ConnectWise Manage integrations – means service providers are now able to provide increased efficiency and more robust accessibility through Acronis Cyber Cloud.

These integrations offer a clear advantage for services providers, as a single platform meets all of their needs. As a result, they can simultaneously expand their service capabilities while decreasing the complexity, cost, and security concerns that face their customers and their business.

Just Opened: Early Access to the Acronis Cyber Platform

Today we announced that we’re opening the Acronis Cyber Platform to give developers, ISVs, OEMs, service providers, and others access to our core platform. This early access is designed to encourage expanded functionality and application integrations by developers while giving them access to Acronis’ large ecosystem.

The Acronis Cyber Platform, which is the foundation of the company’s existing services, features a series of APIs supported by software development kits (SDK) and sample code. With today’s early access, developers can have the kind of access was previously available only to Acronis and select integration partners such as ConnectWise, Microsoft and Google.

Acronis cloud data services now share a new innovative platform — Acronis Cyber Cloud. The new platform brings single integration, unified management console, combined usage reporting, and shared policy engine to all current and future cloud-based services designed for service providers.

Current users of Acronis Backup Cloud will receive access to the additional services as Acronis updates its global datacenters. New partners, instead of signing up for each individual service separately, now only need to sign up for Acronis Cyber Cloud to receive access to all the available services. Multi-Tier and Multi-Tenant Architecture

Acronis cloud-based data protection solutions offer innovative functionality and flexible deployment methods, helping service providers to maximize their revenue by allowing users to rebrand the service and resell it as their own. This is what is commonly referred to as multi-tier and multi-tenant architecture. It allows service providers to take on multiple customers (multi-tenancy) and allow these customers to resell the service to the second buyer (multi-tiering).
