WHAT YOU'LL DO
Communicate with product managers, developers, analysts, contractors, support engineers to understand business and technical requirements
Develop and maintain an automation testing platform for the project
Execute functional tests (automated and manual), report and process defects
Design test suites and cases
Collect comprehensive and relevant data for bug investigation
Analyze customers' issues, investigate root causes, participate in technical discussions with Business Systems teams
Work with Support engineers, Marketing and Sales representatives, to improve and uphold the quality of different platforms
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of experience as Manual and Automation QA Engineer / Support Engineer
Experience with Web Application testing
Experience in testing and working with Databases
Knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies and techniques
Experience with JIRA, Test Rail
Analytical mindset, ability to solve complex logical problems
Confident skills of basic Windows system operations, including software installation, general troubleshooting
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Being confident with email communication and hosting calls in English
Experience with REST API testing and platforms like Postman
Nice to Have:
· Experience with Playwright or Selenium automation
· Experience in working with contractor/remote development teams
