(https://www.acronis.com.sg), a provider of affordable, scalable storage management and disaster recovery software, today announced that it has appointed Edward Lim as the General Manager for Asia, based in Singapore to strengthen Acronis' presence in the region and drive business growth.
Edward has over 25 years experience in the IT Industry. Having held various positions in engineering, marketing, sales and general management, he is conversant with the storage management sector and the markets in Asia. In his role as the General Manager of Acronis Asia, Edward Lim is responsible for building Acronis' presence, driving sales and providing direction to the company across Asia excluding Japan.

Prior to joining Acronis, Edward was the Sales Director at Brocade Communications, overseeing the Files Solutions Business for Asia Pacific and Japan. He has also worked at IBM, Microsoft and Symantec.
