--archive_comment=<comments>

Comments on the archive that is specified in the --arc parameter. To view comments on archives, use the list archives command with the -a parameter.

backup_comment

--backup_comment=<comments>

Comments on the backup that is specified in the --backup parameter. To view comments on backups, use the list backups command.
