Creating a New Type and Creator

To create a new Type and Creator:

1. Click Add on the Macintosh Type/Creator to Extension Mappings dialog box.

2. Fill out the dialog box to meet your specifications.
3. Click OK to return to the Macintosh Type/Creator to Extension Mappings dialog box. The new type and creator is now listed in the database.
