Agent for File Sync & Share A piece of software installed on a desktop and/or laptop, which monitors changes and controls syncing between synced Cloud folders and your local sync folder. constantly checks the local sync folder on your computer and the synced folders on your cloud-hosted File Sync & Share account for changes to content, and synchronizes them.

Among other advantages, this means you can work offline and, when you reconnect, your changes will automatically be synchronized with the central, master copy. It also means that you can specify that modifications made by colleagues or partners to resources shared and managed through File Sync & Share will automatically be applied to your local copy, making collaborative work easier and more efficient.

Agent for File Sync & Share is available for Windows and macOS.

When using Agent for File Sync & Share, ensure that your local sync folder is not also synchronized by another, similar software.

Supported operating systems

Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, and 7.
macOS 10.15 (Catalina), 10.14 (Mojave), and 10.13 (High Sierra).
On Macs compatible with 64-bit software.
macOS 14 (Sonoma), macOS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), and 11 (Big Sur).
Both x64 and ARM architecture (used in Apple silicon processors such as Apple M1) are supported.

Acronis Cyber Files Cloud Agent for File Sync & Share is now part of the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud desktop agent. Therefore, it is no longer compatible with Acronis Cyber Protect 15.

These agents can't both be installed on the same machine.
