Features of Acronis Backup Cloud integration with Autotask PSA

  • Provisioning of backup services to new and existing Autotask PSA accounts from the Autotask PSA console.
  • Automatic creation of tickets for backup, recovery, or quota-related issues in the Autotask PSA console.
  • Automatic quota setup for customers in Acronis Backup Cloud based on contract details in the Autotask PSA.
  • Single pane view for group mapping - view, set, or remove correspondence between Autotask PSA accounts and Acronis Backup Cloud groups.

Known issues and limitations

  • 15-min synchronization interval for changes at Group Mapping tab.
