Overview

This release introduces manual and automatic customer tenant provisioning and deprovisioning, based on customers in N-able N-sight RMM (formerly N-able RMM). The update facilitates the onboarding process for partners already using the integration.

Supported scenarios:

  • Provision all or selected RMM customers to new customer tenants in Acronis​
  • Map RMM customers to existing Acronis customer tenants​
  • Configure automatic customer tenant provisioning and deprovisioning, based on customers in RMM

Version 1.1

Overview

This is the second release of the N-able RMM integration.

It supports all of the scenarios from N-able RMM 1.0 along with some additional support for the following:

  • macOS
  • Linux

A number of fixes and improvements are also included.

What's new

  • N-able RMM distribution kits for both macOS and Linux
  • Enabled the malware_scan policy script for Linux in the acronis_scan.sh file

Fixed issues

  • CI-15024 Acronis_install_agent script fails with 'Please specify the Cyber Protection service URL' error for Linux
  • CI-14903 Acronis_deploy_agent script should have Acronis Cloud URL and Registration token as parameters
  • CI-14843 Acronis_Manage Protection should have Registration token and Revoke protection Plan as parameters
  • CI-14841 Acronis_scan should have Acronis Task Type field as parameter
  • CI-14820 Acronis_deploy_agent should have Acronis Cloud URL and Registration token as parameters
  • CI-13298 The translations for N-able RMM aren't provided properly

  • Apply or revoke protection plans
