It is also just the beginning of what is possible on this journey with our MSP partners.

  • Is Autonomous Cyber Protection just about AI?

    Autonomous Cyber Protection is AI-powered, but much more than an LLM-based chatbot. For Autonomous Cyber Protection, AI needs to be implemented purposefully, with restricted access to relevant data and with failsafe capabilities to enable increasing levels of automation. It is important that services are natively integrated, and workflows are automated between such controls, so that AI can also be effectively integrated into service and business processes and meet its full potential. The Acronis Cyber Platform brings integration, automation and AI capabilities together to enable increasingly autonomous operations safely and functionally.

  • Is Autonomous Cyber Protection replacing human technicians?

    No. We believe AI can augment technicians with enhanced knowledge and skill to boost productivity, quality of work, and work/life balance. We do believe that technicians who adopt AI responsibly will replace technicians who don’t rather sooner than later, and MSPs that drive towards Autonomous Cyber Protection will also replace MSPs that fall behind on innovation.

  • Do I need to pay for Autonomous Cyber Protection and usage of Acronis AI?

    Acronis offers MSPs a selection of features free of charge with the Cyber Platform, including the Acronis AI Assistant. Other AI-powered capabilities are included in various paid services. Examples include AI-powered script generation as part of Cyber Scripting in Acronis RMM, or AI-powered Incident Summaries in Acronis EDR. While services such as Acronis RMM, Acronis EDR and others are paid services, Acronis currently does not charge separately for AI-powered capabilities within such services.
