Acronis thanks Agilitec IT for a successful, first-of-its-kind partnership launch event at Alle Lounge on 66, located atop the Conrad tower at Resorts World Las Vegas. This event marked the official kickoff of the newly established #TeamUp partnership between Acronis, Agilitec IT and Resorts World Las Vegas — a collaboration recognized as the first non-sports #TeamUp engagement and the first instance of a Las Vegas resort appointing Acronis as an Official Cybersecurity Partner.

The event convened VIP clients, industry leaders and strategic partners for a high-level overview of the collaboration’s objectives. With panoramic views across the Las Vegas Strip, attendees participated in discussions around cyber risk management, operational continuity and the essential role cybersecurity plays in delivering modern hospitality experiences.

The evening reinforced Resorts World’s emphasis on strengthening its cybersecurity posture through a partnership model that prioritizes innovation, operational rigor and guest-centric outcomes.

Agilitec IT’s next-generation leadership takes center stage

As a Platinum Acronis Delivery Partner supporting the initiative, Agilitec IT is responsible for deploying and managing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and Acronis Hosted Storage across critical systems at Resorts World. This integrated approach ensures that data protection, threat mitigation and operational monitoring function cohesively, strengthening resilience across the resort’s digital environment.

Guests engaged directly with Allan Jocson, CEO of Agilitec IT, whose team’s expertise and regional presence have positioned them as the ideal partner for implementing and sustaining a next-generation cybersecurity framework tailored for high-demand hospitality operations.

Insights from Acronis Chief Growth Officer Dan Havens

During the event, Dan Havens, Chief Growth Officer at Acronis, emphasized the strategic significance of this collaboration, saying “This partnership with Agilitec and Resorts World is exactly what the #TeamUp program is all about — and it’s especially exciting because it’s the first of its kind.”

He also highlighted why Agilitec IT was selected as the MSP partner for this initiative: Agilitec is an ideal MSP partner for this collaboration, bringing the right mix of expertise, innovation and energy to the table.”

Havens shared that the kickoff event left a strong impression on him, describing it as an energizing start that immediately brought the partnership to life.

A historic beginning

The launch event signaled a pivotal shift in how major hospitality leaders approach cybersecurity management. With Acronis providing a unified cyber protection platform and Agilitec IT delivering proactive deployment, monitoring and ongoing support, Resorts World Las Vegas is establishing a model for securitydriven operational excellence.
