Our integrations and alliances team was thrilled to meet hundreds of our trusted technology partners (ISVs) and thousands of managed service providers (MSPs) building their businesses with the Acronis Technology Ecosystem.
As the world of managed services evolves, one thing is clear: collaboration fuels innovation. That message resonated strongly at this year’s MSP Global, where technology leaders came together to share insights, explore integrations and build stronger alliances that strengthen their ecosystem. In fact, the MSP Global event theme, “Grow Your Ecosystem,” perfectly captured the essence.

1. Integration drives efficiency
A clear theme from MSP Global: MSPs are battling tool sprawl. Between separate RMMs, PSAs, backup, security and compliance tools, efficiency often gets lost. On average, partners use more than 20 tools in their stack — and Acronis integrates with most of them. That’s where Acronis integrations deliver real value. The Acronis Technology Ecosystem now includes over 300 integrations, enabling MSPs to consolidate multiple tools into a unified, efficient platform.
At the Acronis TRU Security Summit, MSPs heard from Acronis partner Joshua Aaronson, Co-Founder of Panda Technology, who shared how his team reduced operational costs and simplified workflows through Acronis integrations. Platinum sponsor LogMeIn had a full audience to hear Jenny Hock, Vice President of Product Management, speak about the lucrative opportunity for MSPs to efficiently offer mobile device management (MDM) services.
2. Automation brings acceleration
At MSP Global, you could sense the hunger for automation — from onboarding and monitoring to billing and compliance. MSPs know that every manual task eats into profit margins. The Acronis Ecosystem supports automation through native integrations at no extra cost. For example, at the Rewst booth, MSPs saw how automation is streamlining workflows and boosting profitability. Speaking of acceleration, attendees of the Acronis TRU Security Summit enjoyed exclusive access to Ferrari Land. Walking across to the theme park with Thomas Van Havere from our latest ecosystem member Lansweeper, I was very conscious of the need for acceleration as he keenly rushed off to try out the Force One Rollercoaster!

3. A unified stack strengthens MSP service proposition
New Acronis alliances, such as with Seagate, (Platinum sponsor of TRU Security Summit) are extending value even further for service providers. At the event, MSPs heard how the Seagate and Acronis alliance will deliver Acronis Archival Storage, a long-term, secure, compliant and cost-efficient S3-compatible storage solution for infrequently accessed data, integrated with the Acronis platform. Unlike other storage vendors charging for API and traffic, Acronis provides a controlled, predictable cost model. When speaking with Vincent Oostlander and the Seagate team, there was clear excitement about this new product launch later this year.

4. Compliance doesn’t need to be a beast!
Many MSPs shared that managing compliance feels complex — especially for clients across borders and industries. However, during MSP Global, Acronis launched the Compliance Navigator tool — something worth checking out today.
It was interesting to see several compliance software vendors exhibiting and it was great to speak with teams from Cynomi and Copla to learn more about their software solutions and possible integrations.
5. Ecosystem maturity and choice matters
One key insight from the Acronis TRU Security panel session, “Ecosystems, Integrations, and the MSP Hyper-Productive Future,” was that MSPs value mature, flexible ecosystems with broad vendor participation. A special thank you to Wizer, OpenText, NetBird, Giacom, and Pax8 for contributing to Acronis panel and sharing how integrations empower MSP productivity.

Our key message combining layered, adaptive defences to combat ransomware resonated deeply with attendees. The “Grow Your Ecosystem” motion is accelerating, and here at Acronis we’re actively inviting innovative ISVs to join the Acronis Technology Partner Program.
