WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Business Partnering: Building good relationships across the business to understand requirements and provide expertise where necessary.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Screening & Selection: Support the screening process by reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.
Interview Coordination: Manage and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-ups.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback throughout the process.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a daily basis and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the global recruitment team and other HR professionals to support recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with company goals.
Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience, and assist in implementing best practices.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Experience: 5+ years previous experience within recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and screening for technical positions. Global experience preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle a high-volume of multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Solution mindset: The ability to think around problems and minimise risk/challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Must be fluent in English.
Energy & Attitude: Collaborative, high energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for people and growing within the recruitment field.
Learning & Adaptability: Willingness to learn, ask questions, problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
