We are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.
The Sales Trainer – Americas will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales enablement programs to support new hire onboarding, upskilling of existing sales teams, and evangelism efforts across North and Latin America. This role is essential in building sales capability, improving performance, and ensuring that Acronis sales teams are prepared to position and sell our solutions effectively to MSPs, corporate customers, and other target audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver live onboarding sessions for new sales hires and ongoing training for existing teams.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Conduct skills and knowledge assessments for new hires to tailor onboarding programs to individual needs.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate onboarding and training programs, assess outcomes, and share findings with Corporate Enablement and Sales leadership.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance learning effectiveness and sales readiness.
  • Support evangelism initiatives by delivering bootcamps, workshops, and coaching sessions for partners and regional sales teams in the U.S. and Latin America.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align training content with current business priorities and solution updates.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Proven experience in sales training, enablement, or onboarding, ideally in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, MSP business models, and SaaS solution selling.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess learning needs and tailor training accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region as required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written); Portuguese is an advantage.
