WHAT YOU’LL DO
Define and execute global IT and business systems strategy aligned with company priorities.
Lead enterprise architecture across infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, and core business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance).
Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services worldwide.
Drive modernization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Own IT financial management, vendor strategy, and cost optimization.
Partner closely with the CISO to align IT operations with security and compliance requirements.
Build and lead high-performing global IT and systems teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles in global organizations.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale, globally distributed IT operations, architecture, and business systems.
Broad technical expertise across networking, datacenter technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microsoft ecosystem, and enterprise applications.
Experience leading enterprise data and business process design across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
Exceptional vendor management, negotiation, and contract oversight skills.
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities across all levels of the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
Relevant certifications or academic background (B.S. or M.S.) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT Management.
Experience scaling IT and systems for rapid global growth and leading digital transformation initiatives at scale.
