WHAT YOU'LL DO
Designing and optimizing the UX/UI of the corporate website and ecommerce flows
Leading the development of landing pages and digital campaign materials
Maintaining and evolving a scalable, coherent design system
Creating high-impact key visuals for products, initiatives, and marketing campaigns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and marketing
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in UX/UI design for websites and ecommerce platforms
Deep understanding of ecommerce user flows, conversion principles, and checkout optimization
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe
Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web standards
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (OpenAI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly etc.) to accelerate concepting and creative exploration
Familiarity with motion design is a plus
Understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS) is a plus
Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
