Join us in the Event Manager role to coordinate Acronis virtual and offline events (with a first focus on virtual events).This proactive, detail-oriented Event Manager role will support the full planning and execution of demo webinars, online conferences, and a variety of corporate and partner events. The position provides the opportunity to build skills in both virtual and in-person event management, while also gaining experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
- Generate leads by creating compelling virtual event experiences that drive interest and conversions. Coordinate virtual events for existing and prospect partners and end-customers, ensuring seamless execution aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the configuration and setup of virtual platforms.
- Support with in-person events such as partner days, summits, trade-shows.
- Together with Campaigns and Product Marketing teams build the content for these events, ensuring Acronis’ partners receive valuable insights and updates on products and services.
- Manage platform setup, registration, and ticketing processes, including payment processing.
- Run promo for these events.
- Run A/B tests.
- Coordinate speakers, manage presentations, and ensure content is integrated smoothly into the event.
- Provide technical support to attendees and speakers during events to ensure a glitch-free experience.
- Implement attendee engagement strategies such as interactive polls, Q&A sessions, and social media integration.
- Analyze post-event data, key metrics, and prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously monitor competitors’ activities, stay updated on emerging formats for virtual events, and proactively propose ideas to improve our own virtual events and demos.
- Assist in budget management, ensuring events are cost-effective and within allocated budgets.
- In addition to primarily focusing on virtual events, the candidate will also assist with organizing various types of internal and external in-person events, such as third-party shows, industry conferences, offsites, seminars, training sessions, and corporate events. This involvement will contribute to their potential growth by expanding their experience and skill set.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 2+ year experience in event marketing or channel marketing.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting feedback, event data, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience with virtual event platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams.
- Knowledge of the MSP, IT, and cybersecurity ecosystem is beneficial.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
- Team-oriented working attitude and understanding of different cultures.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Any additional language is an advantage (Spanish, Italian, German, French)
