WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for entities across the EMEA region
Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and expense reimbursements
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings related to AP, including account reconciliations and AP aging analysis
Prepare and process vendor payments, ensuring compliance with internal controls and payment terms
Maintain and reconcile the AP ledger, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies
Support the preparation and filing of VAT and tax returns with accurate AP data
Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Accounting, Finance) to resolve invoicing and payment issues
Communicate with external stakeholders (vendors, tax authorities, auditors, and banks) as needed
Assist in the development of internal AP reports and ad hoc analysis
Support the implementation and improvement of AP processes and automation initiatives
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy under tight deadlines
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Is a plus knowledge of German, Italian, or French
