The VP of Revenue Operations is a senior executive leader responsible for owning and scaling the company’s end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) operating model. This role leads an established, centralized Revenue Operations organization that supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through data, systems, insights, and operational excellence.
The VP of Revenue Operations will drive alignment across the full revenue funnel, ensure disciplined execution of GTM processes, and enable predictable, scalable growth. Partnering closely with executive leadership, this role is accountable for strengthening revenue predictability, optimizing the GTM tech stack, embedding AI-driven efficiencies, and translating strategy into operational execution across the customer lifecycle.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Revenue Operations Leadership
- Lead and develop the Revenue Operations organization, encompassing Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Operational Excellence.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, performance management, and accountability across the GTM ecosystem.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product leadership.
Full-Funnel Alignment & Process Optimization
- Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end lead-to-sale and customer lifecycle processes.
- Ensure strong alignment across demand generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and post-sale handoffs.
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and scalability to support growth and efficiency.
Revenue Predictability & Forecasting
- Own revenue planning, forecasting methodologies, and performance measurement.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and visibility into revenue drivers.
- Develop clear KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level insights that support proactive decision-making.
Data, Systems & AI Enablement
- Own the GTM systems and data ecosystem, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics to automate workflows, enhance forecasting, improve insight generation, and increase GTM productivity.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and trusted metrics across all GTM functions.
Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Execution
- Lead GTM planning, capacity modeling, and budget alignment in partnership with Finance and functional leaders.
- Enable independent operational planning and execution within Revenue Operations while maintaining cross-functional alignment.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear metrics and accountability.
Customer Lifecycle Management
- Support the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition through expansion and retention—by enabling clear processes, metrics, and insights.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to improve visibility into customer health, adoption, and growth opportunities.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields within SaaS, technology, and/or cybersecurity companies, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven success leading and scaling a centralized Revenue Operations function in a high-growth, fast-paced global organization.
- Deep expertise in full-funnel GTM operations, revenue planning, forecasting, and performance management across complex, multi-region sales motions.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making.
- Strong systems orientation, with hands-on experience owning and optimizing global GTM technology stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and related tools).
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills, with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams worldwide.
