In this maternity cover role, the Order Entry Representative will review incoming purchase orders and enter them into our ERP System (Acumatica). Will also communicate internally and externally to resolve any inquiries and questions related to orders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Review all incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, contract compliance, and alignment with internal policies and business guidelines.
Enter data from each order into the ERP system, ensuring a high level of quality that minimizes risk of delays later in the process.
Create invoice and license certificates for each order, as required.
Work closely with the sales team in reviewing and processing orders, and through use of the company’s CRM system (Salesforce.com).
Coordinate and assist with internal questions, concerns and processes related to order processing, and provide services where appropriate.
Resolve any internal issues with the order processing process or invoices, escalating to higher levels of the department when necessary.
Interact and communicate with distributors and partners to resolve any invoice discrepancies and/or inquiries.
Any other duties as assigned.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1 - 2 years of experience with order processing and data entry.
Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task projects and assignments.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a strong plus.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Capacity to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and be a team player.
Ability to work well with limited supervision.
Ability to work overtime or off-hours as needed, especially at month end/quarter end.
