WHAT YOU’LL DO
Business Partnership & Advisory
Partner with managers and team leads across R&D, DCO, and Customer Support to provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
Support leaders in driving performance excellence and accountability.
Coach managers on employee relations matters, feedback conversations, and development planning.
Act as a trusted advisor while effectively escalating complex issues when needed.
Talent & Performance Management
Support the execution of performance review cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation processes.
Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
Contribute to retention strategies, particularly within technical and operational teams.
Data, Metrics & Reporting
Analyze and interpret HR metrics (headcount, attrition, engagement, performance trends, etc.) to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards to business leaders.
Use data to support workforce planning and proactive decision-making.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
Support investigations and employee relations cases in collaboration with senior HR and legal where appropriate.
Drive engagement initiatives tailored to global and cross-functional teams.
Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and high performance.
Organizational Effectiveness
Support change management initiatives within growing and evolving teams.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across global teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Lead initiatives and projects through influence, even without direct authority.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2–3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role – experience supporting technical or operational teams in a technology company is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and reporting tools.
Solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Ability to manage stakeholders and lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style across different cultures and audiences.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen.
