We are looking for a driven Account Manager to manage and grow our customer base in Italy. This role combines account management, contract renewals, and revenue expansion within a fast-growing cybersecurity portfolio. You will own customer relationships, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities across Acronis solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the renewal lifecycle for customer maintenance contracts in the Italian market, ensuring high retention and revenue growth

  • Drive new business generation by working with leads, channel and identifying opportunities within existing and prospective customers

  • Proactively develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Acronis solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers and channel partners

  • Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene, ensuring all opportunities are up to date, accurately tracked, and properly forecasted

  • Manage and prioritize your pipeline to ensure consistent deal progression and visibility

  • Partner closely with distributors, partners, regional team to close deals efficiently

  • Respond to customer and partner inquiries related to pricing, co-terming, contract reinstatement, and product experience and offerings

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity)

  • Fluency in Italian and English (business negotiation level required); Spanish is a plus

  • Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models is highly desirable

  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product value to customers

  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail

  • Self-driven and persistent with a proactive approach to follow-ups and pipeline management

  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly develop new skills and product knowledge on the job
