WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own the renewal lifecycle for customer maintenance contracts in the Italian market, ensuring high retention and revenue growth
Drive new business generation by working with leads, channel and identifying opportunities within existing and prospective customers
Proactively develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Acronis solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers and channel partners
Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene, ensuring all opportunities are up to date, accurately tracked, and properly forecasted
Manage and prioritize your pipeline to ensure consistent deal progression and visibility
Partner closely with distributors, partners, regional team to close deals efficiently
Respond to customer and partner inquiries related to pricing, co-terming, contract reinstatement, and product experience and offerings
WHAT YOU BRING
3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity)
Fluency in Italian and English (business negotiation level required); Spanish is a plus
Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models is highly desirable
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical product value to customers
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
Self-driven and persistent with a proactive approach to follow-ups and pipeline management
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Curiosity and willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly develop new skills and product knowledge on the job
