The Acronis Group subprocessors listed below function collectively as a group of entities, engaging personnel to conduct research and development, perform engineering activities, develop solutions, operate and deliver Services, manage Acronis products, and provide customer support. These activities involve processing customer relationship management data, vendor data, and other Customer Data as detailed in the Acronis Privacy Statement.

Third-party Hosting Service Providers are subprocessors whose services provide hosting or infrastructure used to store and process Content Data as a part of use of Acronis Services.
Categories of Personal Information Processed: Content data, which may include specific personal information such as names, contact details, health records, payment information, and related items;
Appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers:
a) Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Standard contractual clauses (SCCs)
b) Adequacy decision, where applicable, in accordance with the European Commission Adequacy decisions
For the avoidance of doubt, not all Acronis data centers qualify as Hosting Service Providers. Certain facilities provide co-location services only, where Acronis owns, operates, and manages the infrastructure and systems deployed at the location. In such cases, the co-location provider does not host, process, or have logical access to personal data, and no access to Content Data is possible.
This section applies only for those customers who rely on this specific service provider:
