Acronis Cyber Intelligence is the AI-enabled analytics and reporting layer of Acronis Cyber Platform, built into Cyber Console. It helps service providers understand service performance, demonstrate value to clients and identify opportunities using data from their Acronis services. ### Who can use Cyber Intelligence during early access? Service providers with access to Cyber Console can open Intelligence from the main menu. The Overview dashboard is available immediately, with no separate activation. ### Which data can I use? Use Acronis-native data from the services you run for clients, including backup and disaster recovery, cybersecurity, RMM, PSA and service desk. Supported data also includes Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, usage and licensing. Early access does not combine data from third-party RMM or PSA systems. ### How much history is available? Early access provides up to three months of historical data. Use that period to review recent activity, assess service performance and prepare quarterly client reports. ### What can Acronis AI do? Acronis AI creates widgets, dashboards and reports from natural-language prompts and explains the data they contain. You can refine the results and add your own context. AI insights can be switched off for individual dashboards, reports or tenants. ### Can I customize reports without using AI? Yes. Start with a template or use the manual builder to arrange sections, configure widgets and add text. Adjust data selection, filters and visualizations to match the audience. AI assistance is available when you want it. ### How do I share reports while keeping client data separate? Send reports once or set recurring schedules with the required filters and recipients. Reports support PDF, Excel, CSV and HTML. Client reports contain only the relevant client’s data, while role-based permissions govern access within Cyber Console. ### Can I reuse dashboards or access data through an API? Yes. Propagate dashboards to selected clients or your full hierarchy and export or import dashboards and reports as JSON. Cyber Intelligence also provides access to its data through an API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.
