Woburn, Mass., May 19, 2010 - Acronis, (https://www.acronis.com), a provider of affordable, scalable
onsite and offsite backup, disaster recovery and security
solutions, today announced the release of a new special discounted
pricing program for qualified educational institutions.
Beginning immediately, public and private educational
institutions will be able to purchase Acronis products at a
specially discounted rate - 30% off of suggested retail
pricing for qualified customers located in North and South
America.
Acronis has been a preferred vendor for educational institutions
for many years, offering solutions for imaging and deploying
systems. School districts and higher education institutions rely on
Acronis software to move, manage and maintain vital
information.
"Acronis has a history of providing disaster recovery and system
deployment solutions to the academic world," said Jason Coville,
director of sales operations for North America. "By introducing a
special pricing program for educational institutions, we hope to
expand our solution offerings to a greater audience of academic
institutions."
Acronis offers comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective
backup and recovery, and system-building products for IT
infrastructures using image-based technology. Acronis Backup &
Recovery™ 10 Advanced Server works with both
physical and virtual servers, as well as workstations, in either

Configuring PCs and servers for deployment, handling routine
system failures and responding to natural and human disasters are
just some of the challenges educational IT teams face to secure
information technology systems and keep them operational.
Acronis Snap Deploy® 3 is a tool that academic
institutions can leverage to deploy or restore servers quickly
using a standard configuration for a new machine.
Beginning immediately, public and private educational
institutions may purchase the entire line of Acronis products at
