SINGAPORE, Jan 14, 2010 - Acronis (https://www.acronis.com.sg), a provider of affordable, scalable storage management and disaster recovery software, today announced that it has appointed Bill Taylor-Mountford the President of Acronis APAC. He will be based in Singapore, overseeing the operations in the APAC region, including Asia and Australia & New Zealand.
Previously the General Manager of Acronis ANZ, Taylor-Mountford brings with him over 20 years experience in the IT Industry and more than 15 years in management. Under his leadership, Acronis has enjoyed considerable revenue growth in ANZ over the past three years. Taylor-Mountford has profound knowledge of the storage management market in the APAC region. In the new role, he will be in charge of the company strategy and direction in APAC, driving growth and building Acronis' presence.

Prior to joining Acronis, Taylor-Mountford oversaw the enterprise business at VERITAS/Symantec, where he successfully built an enterprise and SME business for the company over three years. Prior to that, Taylor-Mountford was the General Manager at Dell. He has worked in Australia, Asia, the UK and the US.
