environments, today announced it has named Alex Pinchev to the
Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Pinchev was elected at the
Company's November 2010 Board meeting.
Pinchev is currently the executive vice president and president,
global sales, services and field marketing at RedHat where he leads
that organization's worldwide sales, services and field marketing
organizations and activities. In this role he has been
instrumental in driving the company's growth into the world's
leading provider of open source solutions and its expansion into
emerging markets. Mr. Pinchev also serves on the board of
directors of Qualys, Inc., a provider of on demand IT security risk
and compliance solutions, and of LogiXML, a provider of Web-based
business intelligence software.
