announced today their recent agreement to integrate Acronis Backup
Cloud into the SherWeb family of
cloud-based hosting solutions. Under the agreement, SherWeb will
receive access to the world's most complete hybrid cloud backup
technology, opening new revenue opportunities to partners and
meeting the data protection need of their customers.
Selecting Acronis Backup Cloud as a new Backup-as-a-Service
(BaaS) platform is part of a SherWeb's initiative to refresh its
overall service offerings as the company stays true to its
commitment to making the latest technology available to its
partners and service providers. SherWeb will provide technical
support, training, and management tools, making it easy and fast to
resell and enabling service providers to increase customer
retention and generate new income.
