Data Cloud integrations for ConnectWise®, a software company that connects
technology teams to the solutions, services, and people that allow
them to thrive.
Acronis Data Cloud is a unified hybrid cloud platform for

privacy, authenticity, and security for all data, applications and
systems of their customers with unprecedented level of ease.
Acronis Data Cloud seamlessly integrates with ConnectWise Manage
and ConnectWise Automate, the company's leading software solutions
used for both business management and remote monitoring and
deployment. With the enhanced integrations, managed service
providers (MSPs) can to sell, provision, and monitor Acronis Data
Cloud services.
ConnectWise Automate support:
Acronis has supported ConnectWise Automate (previously LabTech
Software) for over two years. This integration allows MSPs to
provision Acronis Backup Cloud service to customers directly from
the ConnectWise Automate console, remotely install, update, manage
and monitor the Acronis backup agents to all protected machines.
With the new integration to be released in July 2018, MSPs can more
easily set up cyber protection strategies for clients. New features
include:
- Separate default backup plans for servers and workstations
Backup policy scripts for mass deployment across multiple
endpoints
ConnectWise Manage support:
Acronis Data Cloud integration with ConnectWise Manage lets MSPs
easily provision cloud-based services to new and existing
customers, offer automated billing, and automatically generate
tickets for failed operations and for quota-related issues without
leaving the ConnectWise Automate Console. New features include:
- Full support of Acronis Files Cloud and Disaster Recovery Cloud services in addition to Acronis Backup Cloud
- Easy configuration for billing, including "free provisioning" option in billing settings
- Improved scalability supports more than 10,000 accounts per partner
- Significant improvement in working with tickets, including rules for auto-closing tickets to reduce management overhead
"A key pillar in our strategy is ensuring we're making our
partners lives easier," said John Zanni, President of Acronis. "We
want to be the easiest partner to work with in the ecosystem for
backup and disaster recovery. We invest heavily in working
hand-in-hand with ConnectWise and most importantly our joint MSPs
to provide world class experiences."
With Acronis Data Cloud MSPs can solve their customers' data
protection challenges quickly while reducing operational expenses
