Key findings from the Acronis Cyberthreats Report H2 2025 include:
- 80% of ransomware-as-a-service vendors advertise AI or automation features to their cybercriminal clients.
- Email attacks increased 16% per organization and 20% per user, with phishing driving 83% of all email threats.
- Advanced attacks in collaboration tools jumped from 12% in 2024 to 31% in 2025.
- At least 150 MSPs and telcos were hit by ransomware, with phishing (52%) and unpatched vulnerabilities (27%) the top access vectors.
