The Disaster Recovery as a service feature is great because it helps switch to a secondary machine quickly if the primary fails, preventing business disruptions. I also appreciate the archival storage feature for providing a cheaper storage solution compared to others like AWS S3. Additionally, the backup functionality is the most important feature for me, ensuring a second copy of data is kept on the cloud. Overall, these features make Acronis Cyber Protect incredibly useful in my role. There are plenty of options on where to backup, from their own cloud space to a local NAS or backup server. Feature sets run the gambit of cost and ability and you can tailor your backup set per end point and per client. Reporting is generally good and it auto opens and will update tickets in ConnectWise. So if backups didn't run because they were already running and it goes into the next scheduled backup and that one completes successfully, it will update and close the ticket which is nice.
