Upgrading Access Connect

Upgrading to a new version of Access Connect is an easy and straightforward process. The Access Connect installer automatically detects the existing version and upgrades it to the newer one - you do not have to uninstall the previous version in order to install the new one.

Note: You may receive an inadvertent error message indicating that the service could not be stopped or that a file could not be removed. If you receive these errors, the best strategy is to manually stop the Access Connect service first, then re-run the installer.
