Resetting the custom domain

To reset the custom domain

All protection agents will be disconnected from the service until they are re-registered to the new domain.

  1. Go to Settings > Branding.
  2. In the URL for Cyber Protect Cloud services section, click Reset to default to use the default domain (https://cloud.acronis.com).
  3. Re-register all protection agents to the main datacenter URL, as described in this KB article.
